Our Beliefs

We teach,  preach, and believe both the Old (Hebrew) and New (Greek) Testaments.

We ascribe to basic Baptist beliefs and doctrines:

• Lordship of Christ - Matthew 18:18, Philippians 2:10-11
• Authority of the Bible  - 2nd Timothy 3:15-17
• Salvation By Grace through Faith Alone  - Romans 3:23, 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-10
• Soul Competency - Acts 5:17-42
• Priesthood of All Believers - 1st Peter 2:9, Hebrews 10:19-22
• Baptism -  Acts 2:1-41, Acts 8:26-39, Acts 16:30-33

We ascribe to the Baptist Faith and Message (1963).

We are in cooperation with the Southern Baptist Convention,

Kentucky Baptist Convention, Central Kentucky Network of Baptists, Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, Kentucky Baptist Fellowship.
